Introduction

Isabel Hospice is comprised of a caring team of people who recognise the uniqueness of the individual and adopt a holistic approach to care. The emphasis of care focuses on the quality of life remaining for patients with incurable disease and encompasses all aspects of their well being. It affirms life and regards dying as a normal process and neither hastens nor postpones death.

The service employs a highly skilled and motivated multil professional team, who support patients in every setting, at home, in residential care or nursing home, in hospital or inpatient Hospice.

The staff address the physical, psychological, spiritual and practical aspects of care and try to support family/friends through bereavement.
